Brother is a contemporary, two-story farmhouse designed with a large, active family in mind. He stands proud on a hillside, allowing for spectacular views from the second floor deck. His look is more masculine and rural with a distinctively modern twist. He is accented with rustic surfaces such as reclaimed snow fence from Wyoming and wood floors. The main floor is 1,733 SF, the second floor is 2,308 SF, and there is a two-car garage with a “nanny” suite above and a 960 SF basement with a theater and wine cellar.
We are currently seeking LEED Silver Certification for this project.
